true about items and pets but i have played on many aos shards with bio pets and mercs, mercs are not easy to get cuz you have to kill the guardian not just be like oh a merc deed woohoo, no you have to get strog and fight to get the merc not page in and say i want a merc so your being over dramatic there but i see what your saying , and back to bio pets i still dont kno how to get or make them cuz i have never been show or told

If it's just an issue of being told how to get one I can provide some info. To create a bio pet first off you needs LOTS of organic material. It can be found on the bodies of the various dungeon bosses. The same bosses which have a chance to drop a crusader gear item. You also need a bio-engineering boo kto learn how and a bio-enginerring tool. With the tool and organic material you can can then collect various DNA from living mobs. Once you have a good set of different DNA you can use it to create you bio pet.

The secrets that some are unwilling to share are of what mobs to get the best dna from and the best way to combine them. I don't even know these things and I'm usually a know it all. lol

You'll find that while most people won't give you every last piece of info, almost everying is willing(or should be) to point you in the right direction.

yes true but while people hide how to get books and such that player can find the guardian merc and plot how to get one and the spawn can always be edited you kno to be like every 24 hours to make it rare....

hi, first post here..might as well include the fact that i like playing here. Very nice people.

Reaper i don't want to de-rail your post, but i think an evolution pet isn't such a bad idea. However it should be balanced in strength.

For example the Evolution Dragon. First there should be a strong guardian with a chance of dropping an egg, something like Brood Mother.

Second you have to take care of it. At level one after hatching it's weak ..which makes levelling harder. It's like a snake.

Third it will gather strength and resists according to levels. Building up to something the scripts have to define..

Perhaps if it's easier to get than let's say a bio pet -> it should be weaker.

The pet itself is for people with patience ..let's say it has seven levels all with their related strength..getting to level seven isn't that easy or let's say slow ..but then again worth the "trouble" ..the player has his own growing Dragon ..which only sounds fun to me if it has the proper balance and doesn't walk up to the Dark Father and Doom and laughs at it

Just my thought on the idea.

It is nice to see some new suggestions posted if they get added or not. I've seen a lot on this post about information for bio-pets. If you want to know the basics: open a web browser, type in “devir.homeip.net” (or just click the link supplied in my signature) go to the section on the left titled “U.O. Information/Whispering Pines” the very first link is “Bio Engineering” click on it. This will give you the basic know how for creating a bio-pet on W.P. It does not give you all the creatures or what not to sample from but explains each portion so you can go out and find your own dna to sample.

This web page is KwN guild web page but the information complied there is free for all to use. I hope this at least helped with some of your bio-pet questions.

bios are stronger, but literaly take years to make, making people not even want to bother with them, mercs would be sweet but probably not gona happen by the sounds of it heh

....with a dedicated effort and proper planning...you should be able to craft a bio pet inside of 15-20hr of game play...not sure how much quicker or easier you want it to be
