don't know were thay come from but found 250 credits in my pack anyone know wot there for

There is a white Powerscroll Exchange barrel at the Travel Center. You can deposit unwanted power scrolls for credits. Then you can use the credits to buy a random power scroll of any level you desire. Trade-in value is half of what a new scroll costs.
