My daughter and I returned to play for a bit. We have more time to play so we wanted to have some fun together here.
However, we have some issues with her account and we can't seem to find anyone to help. We understand with the holidays being upon us all but seems like the shard is ghost town at the moment.
Is there any way anyone can give us an approximate time when a gm may be on to help her with her account? It seems shes either used the wrong log on details or her character was deleted (which I doubt seriously).
Any help would be appreciated. We were on last night and then again today and we can't find anyone to help. She wants her old character. She lost her exact details when her computer died on her so shes made the best guess she can. Apparently its not the correct one.
We want to stay on this shard but she doesn't want to loose all her stuff. She's also lost all the goodies that appear in the bank on holidays .. and well .. just everything she had .. all the skills and the powerscrolls .. ugh. She doesn't want to start over. We are trying to figure out what her forum log on was, if she ever made one. Her character name is Lilathain.
