Shard Caps

I have a few questions about caps. I have searched the forums AND read most of the new player guides and haven't found any answers...

Lets start with the stat cap. I know the total is 325 (365 with a scroll), but is there a cap for the individual stats? Hypothetically speaking, can i have 10 str 10 dex and 305(345) int? how far over the cap can jewelry take me?

The only power scrolls I've used are the 105 and 110 archery from the fletcher quest in the starting area. So I'm not even close to needing an answer to this. Can skill items take you over 120?

Lower regent cost I assume is 100%. If I assume wrong please correct me

Lower Mana I believe is 40%, but have only been able to find 1 comment about it and was never confirmed or denied.

I was unable to find anything at all about Fast Cast/Fast Cast Recovery,Damage Increase, Spell Damage increase, or Swing speed increase.

If the information I am looking for is listed somewhere please call me a noob and point me in the right direction.

If I'm telling you correctly, individual stat caps are 150 - at least thats as high as mine will go. Concerning skill levels, if you have 120 in archery and wear a ring of archery +10, then your archery will be at 130 and so forth. Maybe this will help some. Hrothgar.

So the other caps are the same as the retail version?
