Guardian Spells & Spellbook

Ok so I know where to get the spells but I have no idea where to find the spellbook. If anyone can help me with this itd be greatly appreciated.

nope, but it is in a pretty dangerous place

I played around in the dungeon I just have no idea what to do. If you have any pointers please shoot them my way. I talked to the guy that would give me the book but where in the dungeon is beyond me.

he's in a part of the dungeon that is sealed off, you have to find your way inside

It certainly wasn't bad as a duo, Silent and I did it with no discomfort.

Got it last night. He was soloable. Just needed to figure what tactic to use. Thanks for the help!
