The first thing is to visit your bank box and clear out the stacks of gifts from the last few years. I'd suggest a lokai to carry it
The NPG guildhouse is redesigned. It's in the same spot but has a new look. Don't worry, I didn't mess up Joy's place. Her statue has been "upgraded" a bit but everything else is as it's always been.
Let me know if you want to place a vendor at the vendor house.
