Hi Falkor/Ghost ~

Earlier I Spell Crafted (luckily!) SDI, Strength, and Dex bonuses onto my Easter Ring. Then I loaned it to my wife for a minute to see the look on her face when she turned into a rabbit.... problem is, for some reason when she gave it back to me the Str and Dex bonuses were both gone. No idea why, figured I'd mention it. I was actually planning on selling the ring, figured I could get some good coin for it but in light of this I won't until/unless I hear something back from you about it. I don't want to find out if WP has a Lemon Law.

The Easter Ring is a special case. It has a hardcoded section that lowers your STR and INT when you equip it (since you're becoming a rabbit), and it changes those negatives back to zero when it is removed. It has no way to store whether those values were altered so any positives are erased the first time the ring is used.

The ring is really just a costume novelty for the season.

Lol... thank you again for your help, Falkor. If I'd paid attention to the stat reduction when putting the ring on it wouldn't have happened. I read on some other Spell Crafting threads about these things not saving. Oh well, another expensive lesson. If you want a laugh - I thought I was being clever Spell Crafting it + then realized that you can't use shape-changing spells with it on. So much for my Vampiric Bunny!
