For some reason, I can no longer see members that use [a to type in alliance chats posts. I don't know if it's just me that can't see the message or if it's a thing shard why but it just started recently.

Forge can't use | and has to use [a, and I am no longer allowed to see his messages in alliance chat. I can still get mail from him, and see him in public chat and pretty sure I can still see his speech in person.

He also isn't accidentally on my ignore menu so idk. Puzzled.

hold down the shift and \ keys at the same time it should bring you to alliance chat

Did the guild he's in end its alliance with your guild? That would certainly stop the alliance chat messages!

Forge can't use shift \ because he doesn't have the \ key.

He has no backslash key? How would he enter commands in the windows command prompt, like c:\ without a backslash key?
