Not sure if this is intentional or not but i have killed a TON of paragon mobs. From birds to Succubus/balron/slayer/collectors and everything in between. Not seen one. Spoke up in chat and LochLinn had mentioned that he had never seen one drop as well. Also, that he had a conversation earlier about the same subject. Personally some of them would be nice for the mid range people that can't do some of the harder content.
