there are lockpick training boxes in the NPG guild house and I believe other guild houses have them as well....they should take you to near 100....the best thing other than that is doing prisoner chests....The is a rune book for all of those in NPG as well as the Pineville Library...prisoner chests will also help you raise your disarming traps and stealing...plus the delightful 1000 tokens

thanks man i was running around alot wondering where these training boxes were. seent em mentioned on here but *shrugs* didnt know the location. hopefully my chest is still there and i can train up and get it.
