connectuo wont load

ive removed connectuo from my computer and put it back on. Im getting a error message that says;
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process ID=0x8e8 (2280), Thread ID=(2720)
any ideas?

Try these in the order listed.
1. Uninstall ConnectUO.
2. Go to the place where ConnectUO was installed (Program Files?) and delete the ConnectUO folder if it is still there.
3. Make sure you have all the Microsoft patches and service packs for .NET (using Windows Update). If you do update some of these items, be sure and restart the computer when done.
4. Redownload and reinstall ConnectUO2.

my windows will not update so i sent microsoft a email and im waiting on a responce from then.

It was a Mask to guard some cookies. Its good to know people
