If you have a problem while on the shard, please page for a staff member. If staff is not on at the time, they will see your page when they do log on. If you log off, your page will remain in the queue for a staff member to see when they do log on. Please bear in mind that if you are not on when staff comes on, it may be difficult to help you with your problem. If this is the case, we will hold the page till staff and the player can be on at the same time.
