Have tried multiple ways to attempt and fix this reoccurring problem with no luck.
When the error occurs it tells me to report that error on the following link:
www.runuo.com/issues/
That link has been ineffective for some time.

Any know if there is a way to fix this problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

tisjoshy, there is a known crash problem with CUO (has been for a while). Have you followed the directions in Step 3 of "Getting Started" in the forums? It shows how to get by the initial crash of CUO. I am not sure if the crash you posted is the initial crash or a different one, but start there (step 3) and let me know how far you get.

Mine did that until I:

1) My client was at 5.0.4x, patched it all the way to 5.0.6c

2) When downloading razor, download the latest version not the old version. It gave me that message for crash report until I did the above 2. Now it seems to work fine and doesn't give me the crash report anymore.
