I have followed the instructions to the letter, very well done instructions I may add, but when I try to log on it will not connect. I am at the correct patch, I cut and pasted all the info into the cuo, but it will not connect. I am going through cuo and it all appears to be working correctly. The encryption box is checked and razor comes up with the uo window. It all looks good but it just won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the correct (old) version of razor?
