I'm trying to log in and I'm stuck at Verifying Account (even I try to create a new account)
I'm sure my PW is right.
Did the account with my character named Brontu get banned?

Brontu, you were never banned. Your old account may have been wiped if it went inactive. We now have a completely custom client. Be sure and download it and try to log in with the new client. If you've downloaded it and installed it correctly (and followed the instructions, no encrypted client etc) then if your old account is gone, it will let you make a new character. It will not let you create 2 accounts from the same IP. Since you are stuck at Verifying account, I suspect that encrypted client is your issue.

Your character doesn't appear to be here anymore but you should be able to create a new account. Make sure Razor has "Patch client encryption" checked and "Use OSI Encryption" un-checked.



Make sure you're using client version 5.0.6c as newer ones can't talk to the shard, and you'll want to grab our custom client (available here) so you can see all the new items and mobiles we've added to the lands. It's an easy download and install process - nothing to patch manually.
