I have tried logging in with Razor and the client without Razor, for some reason out of no where my client crashes on startup, it just says it has stopped working and closes.

I am wondering if there is an .ini file or something I can remove that will reload to fix the issue or if I should just clean install?

I made not alteration to my game file or client and was logged in fine just yesterday.

Not sure if this will work, but in your UO directory there is a folder called Desktop. Try removing that folder and then see if you can log in. If not, perhaps a full uninstall and reinstall of the client and razor.

Had to completely reinstall game, not sure what caused it, not sure ill ever find out.
