I run the game in a Virtual machine in my Mac (Parrells loaded with Window XP) but after the shard crashed I can't get Razor to even launch, let alone load the client. It says "Razor was unable to Locate and load suitable UO Clioc file. Some text may not be displayed." I press Okay, it repeats the message I say okay again because that's the only option then it comes up with a "Unable to launch the client specified. (Error: UNKNOWN_ERROR) TwoD: "-null-"" I tried reinstalling razor but that didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

As far as we are aware, the shard has not crashed recently.

Make sure razor is pointing to the proper UO Data Directory (where you have the UO client installed). Manually specify the location, don't let it autodetect.

The new version of Razor gives a Ciloc message and this can safely be ignored.

I can't even get to that point. It won't let me get to the settings panel, which should be pointed at the proper place because I set it that way and saved it that way before. I'm not good with Windows so it may be a BKAC error, is there a way to check the settings when you first launch it via a drop down menu or something?

kk, lets try this. Find out where Razor is writing its profiles in XP. Then uninstall Razor and delete the folder where razor was writing its profiles (so that Razor is completely cleaned off your system). Then reinstall razor. you should get the cliloc error, then the screen where you can choose where the UO client is located.

Serena is back in after a complete reinstall of Razor and after pointing it to her UO client directory.
