So I Have been recording some Whispering Pines Game play but my FPS is not going to good. Does anyone know what FPS Ultima online runs in? 60 fps?

I did some testing and it seems that 3 fps is the closest to actual gameplay. On my computer, the higher the FPS, the faster the movie plays back for some reason. UO isn't a 3D application so I don't know if FPS truly applies.

Be sure to check "flip vertical" too or the recording will be upside down.

yordor you the man. im going to go home and check it out on 3 fps. Im starting to think that Uo is more of a rolling screen then a fps screen. I know it sounds odd but that is what im leaning on. When I get the correct info on recording ill make sure to post it under this form :). thx again yordor!

I found it! This is for CamStudio(.com)

What is the Recording Thread Priority option used for?
(Options : Program Options : Recording Thread Priority)

If you try to record the "Pinball" game that is shipped with some version of Windows, you will noticed that CamStudio will record only at a very low framerate when the Pinball window is set active. You can, however, improve the performance of CamStudio (at the expense of Pinball's) by setting the Recording Thread Priority to Highest or Time Critical. This means you allocate more CPU resources to CamStudio by making its priority higher.Setting this option may also affect the performance of your whole system. Windows may no longer respond to some mouse clicks on your Desktop. For most cases, this option is best left at Normal.
