Keep in mind that some of the Halloween villians are advanced fights....Michael Myers and the Burning Witch in particular (especially if she is a paragon). If you are relatively new and wish to tackle these, get a group together or ask for the assistance of some of the veteran players. We have tried to create a variety of challenges both for the newer player and the veteran to keep all parties interested and busy. As a newer player, there will be things that you just cannot do in WP (yet!). This is no different than in other MMORPGs. In WOW, for example, you cannot do the most difficult dungeon your first week as a character. WP is no different. Please keep that in mind. If you don't know if a fight will be too difficult, ask either a vet player or a staff member.

Halloween is here again and so are the villains! Damian the Necromancer needs your help in Sleepy Hollow but beware - you might run into the Grim Reaper, Michael Myers, Norman Bates, or even Freddy Krueger during your journey! There is a Terrified Townsperson in Umbra who needs a hand defeating the Insane Witch. While in Umbra you can also enjoy fried goodies at the Transylvanian Fried Bodyparts vendor. Their food is finger licking (and eating!) good. Feeling the urge to dress up for the occasion? Buy your favorite costumes in Heartwood. Be sure to sell them back to the vendor by November 1st as all costumes will be removed around that time.

More Halloween fun has arrived in the Pines! Michael Myers and Norman Bates have both been spotted in Sleepy Hollow, as has Damian the Necromancer. I believe he has a quest for any brave adventurer interested.

Ogre Queen at Despise revised again, now with a chance for spellcrafting jewels and gems.

The first halloween quest is now active. You will find the quest giver at the Brit theater due north of the bank. Have fun!

The Insane Hermit at Deceit and the Ogre Queen at Despise (and their minions) have both been adjusted.

Strange green beings have taken over Yew, and the guards there are powerless to stop them!
