Entries are now closed for the Christmas house deco contest. There are green gates west of Britain Bank to the entries. Please go and take a look. Then write a book with your vote for the best deco'd house and drop it in the green entry chest. Be sure and go inside both houses, as there is more inside each. We will extend the voting till the evening of Friday, Dec 31st.
12 Days of Christmas quest entires will end at 7pm Monday evening Dec 27th. Thank you all for participating.

Merry Christmas Whispering Pines!! Somehow the Christmas gift distribution did not go as planned, please be patient as we work it out. Update, gift has been fixed and re-distributed. Merry Christmas!!

Fourth Christmas Quest is now active. Mrs Claus; Sweetest woman in the world. Doesnt have a single cruel bone in her body. Loves to make cookies, candy and her Famous Gingerbread Cookies. Loved by Elves & Children everywhere, but loved the most by her husband, Kris Kringle AKA Santa Claus.
Krass Kringle; Older brother to Kris. He thought that HE should be Santa, but was rejected by the Elves & Reindeer both due to a subtle cruel streak. His resentment over his younger brothers rise to the legendary Santa Claus festered inside him until it consumed his very soul. He was determined that if HE couldnt be Santa, then Christmas wasnt going to be a joyous occasion. He began calling himself The Anti Claus and created his own Mutated Reindeer & Mutated Elves. He then stole Mrs Claus' Special Gingerbread Recipe and escaped. Speak to her about it atop Britain bank.
And finally, the Grinch and some of his companions have been spotted in a place of great doom.

As of this morning, the Milk Maid, Calling Bird, French Hen and Turtle Doves from the 12 Days of Christmas Quest will now shrink to 1 stone weight when shrunk with a pet leash. If these pets are already shrunk, you will need to unshrink and reshrink them. All quest items will now fit easily into a named bag as requested in the forums instructions. We have decided to start accepting entries early, and there is an Event Drop Box west of Brit Bank to put your entries in. Make sure they are complete before turning them in! Be sure to read the signs above the drop boxes to make sure you use the correct box.
Santa Claus has lost his reindeer. Speak to him about it on top of Britain bank.

Just a reminder that if you happen upon treasure chests left in the wild, please report them with their location number so that staff can delete them. Please page or [pm with the information. If you dig a treasure chest up, please either release it and take it with you, or delete it.

Show your Christmas Spirit in the 2010 Christmas House Deco Contest. Turn in a recall rune to your decorated (Christmas deco only) home to the Event Entry Chest at BB. Turn in deadline is the 24th of December, and the winner will be chosen by player vote on the 26th. To help out with all your Christmas deco needs, Christmas deco will be available tonight in the Seasonal Shop located at the Travel Center. Happy Holidays from all the staff of WP.

We are having a bit of difficulty getting the fishing turn-n box to work properly. If you have Big Fish to enter in the fishing tournament, please [pm GhostRiderGrey and leave the Big Fish in your backpack. We will get it from your pack even if you are logged out. Thank you!

As of now, the Sleeping Dragon champ has been reworked to reduce it's difficulty level. Please attempt to take it down at your earliest convienence and post your thoughts about it in the forum post we have started called "Sleeping Dragon Rework".

The following has been added to the General Behavior rules: When out hunting/mining/lumbering and you encounter another player(s) working a spawn, be polite and do not intrude on that player(s). If you wish to stay, ask the player(s) if you may, and if they say yes, wait your turn. Otherwise, seek activity elsewhere and return later.
