Happy Thanksgiving Whispering Pines!!

It is now possible to catch very rare colored Big Fish while fishing. These Big Fish, if caught, will also count toward the Fishing Tournament.

Announcing the Second Annual WP Winter Fishing Tournament!! Try and catch the biggest Big Fish between now and the end of Dec 4th. Entries (the fish itself) will be accepted the evening of the 4th and the winner announced shortly thereafter. First Place = Twiglet, Second Place Random Reward Token, Third Place 250K gp. When you catch a Big Fish, it will now record the date of the catch. Now go catch some fish!!

The Powerscroll Exchange System has been updated to include the purchasing of 105 powerscrolls, and the buy/sell prices reworked to allow for this. The system has been moved to the courtyard of the Travel Center, just look for the white barrel. There has been a been a change of verbiage in the house rules to clear up a confusion about placing houses. A complete powerscroll set for one (1) skill has been added as a new donation item.

Don't forget, the Thanksgiving Champ has a 1 in 5 chance of dropping something new and rare!

There has been a change concerning powerscrolls as of today. You must now work through the PS levels to get to 120. Meaning that you must eat a 105 before you can eat a 110, and a 110 before a 115, and so on. See the post on the forums called "Powerscroll Changes" for more details.

The stats for the monsters at the Thanksgiving Champ have been tweaked. It should now be easier to take down the levels.

Flocks of turkeys have returned to Whispering Pines and have been sighted near Sleepy Hallow. There are also rumors that a Thanksgiving Champ has spawned in our lands. Seek out the gate near Brit Bank to locate it.

Happy Veteran's Day!! Let us all take a moment to remember these who have served and sacrificed for others. There is a remembrance gift in your bank box.

Please sell your Halloween costumes back to the Costume Vendor by Tuesday night. If you have a costume that says its blessed, put the costume on and activate it, then take it off, and it will no longer be blessed. The Costume Vendor will then buy it back from you. All costumes will be removed from the shard Tuesday night. MAKE SURE that you de-activate the costume before taking the robe off by double clicking on it!!
