The Circlet of Controlling can now be worn by humans, as well as elves.

If you own a Circlet of Contolling, please PM GhostRiderGrey and leave the circlet in your backpack or bank box (top level) so that they can be swapped out for a new circlet which hopefully fixes the problem noted below.

There is an issue with the Circlet of Controlling and dieing with the max number of followers out. Until this issue can be resolved, please refrain from using a Circlet of Controlling if you own one.
