Hardware was changed out on the server today and should dramatically cut the server save times. Thank you all for your patience while the server was down.

For everyone who is not aware, ConnectUO version 2 has been released and is working very well. It is the preferred method for connecting to Whispering Pines, as it autostarts Razor, and automatically downloads the shard patch. Staff highly recommends that you get it and use it as soon as possible. You can find the download link in the "Getting Started" section of the forums. This section has also been recently streamlined to make it even easier for new players to get started in WP.

World saves have had their interval increased from every 15 minutes to every 20 minutes.

Most of the vote counters on the tracking sites were reset on the first. Please remember to vote for WP (prefereably once per day at each site) so that we can remain high in the standings. This give the shard more visibility, and increases the chance that new players will find us and come to adventure with you! You can find the voting links on the right hand side of the website home page.
