We will have a special Labor Day event planned for 7PM shard time on Monday, 1 September. There is a post in the forums to help you determine what shard time is for you. Escortables have been spawned in the world. This is an opportunity for our newer players to make some gold.

Rule clarified (see website). Pads of the Cu Sidhe now available on the gold stone at the donation hall. Allows humans to ride the Cu Sidhe.

Attention Guilds of Whispering Pines. Ever want something to call just your own, guild specific only? Whispering Pines brings you the guild hue room! It is simple. All a guild has to do is save up the money, goes to the Guild Hue Hall, and purchases a hue. This hue will be reserved just for your guild! The Guild Hue Hall is located on the West side of the Hue Field. Please check it out and read the rules today!
ALSO, at Brit Bank, the corpse stone has been replaced with the Corpse Summoner. He and his minion will allow you to select from your last 5 corpses to bring back to you. Cost for retreival is now 5000gp.

Invite a friend to Whispering Pines!! For the next 15 days W.P. is sponsoring invite a friend. The rules are simple. Invite a friend, write down your account information and your character name in a book. Then write down your new friend’s account name and character name in the same book. The book then needs to be turned into staff with both players present so that staff can see that the new player is your friend. If the account remains active for 30 days (this meaning friend plays on W.P. from time to time). You will get to pick an item of your choice from the $5 donation table. Ch’vayre will determine when and if the requirements have been meet. Also, the suggestion box has been removed from Brit Bank. Please make all further suggestions in the forums on our website in the "Suggestions and Ideas" section.

If you have a problem while on the shard, please page for a staff member. If staff is not on at the time, they will see your page when they do log on (even if you have logged off). This will, at least, alert us to the fact that you are experiencing some sort of issue.

Gargoyles now have a chance to drop a gargoyle knife or axe, in addition to the gargoyle pickaxe.

Here ye, here ye, it would seem no one has found the Steel Steed spawn location yet!! So, we have decided to give a small clue. Look outside of Skara Brae around the Ranger‘s Guild House. In that area there is a quest giving creature. This creature gives a small clue as to where the Steed can be found. BEWARE!! If you find this location it is dangerous, and once you enter you can not leave the same way you came in. Be prepared for the possibility that you will die!

Website Stone at BB and the starter area. Two new commands to allow you to self-resurrect (BUT AT A COST!!). If you have more than 500 Karma, type "i pray for life" (no quotes). It will res you at a cost of 5 permanent strength points and 50 Karma points. If you have more than -500 Karma points, type "blood for the inferno" (no quotes). It will res you at a cost of 5 permanent strength points and add 50 Karma points.
