As of 3:20pm shard time, the ISP reports that they think they have the issue resolved. We are back to normal bandwidth and operating speeds.

Here is a heads up about some recent code changes in the Pines. Escorts are no longer shrinkable (thanks Moon Beam for the testing). The Peerless quest givers now require ALL the items they list in their quest books (thanks Patty Lee and Kaw for the testing). A Major exploit regarding Karma has been patched and negative karma is now properly capped at -15000.

From the Server's ISP: This is to inform you that we will be performing emergency maintenance on the back haul connection feeding your server, today 1/06/16, between 1pm and 4pm. If you have received this maintenance notice, your connection will be affected. We apologize for the short notice on this maintenance. During this maintenance window, you will see intermittent loss in connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window. While we don't expect to exceed the three hours needed for this maintenance, we wanted to let you know of the potential disruption in your services.

ALL players should take a moment and review the "Camping a Spawn" section of the shard rules. Especially the parts about taking turns, not monopolizing and not revealing players who might be hidden.
