The shard's ISP has notified me that they will be installing network upgrades on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 between 6:00 AM MST and 7:00 AM MST. Expect outages during that time frame and plan accordingly.

Happy 5th Anniversary WP! We will be celebrating through this coming week. Please find a gift from staff in your bank boxes. In honor of our anniversary, through May 3rd we will be having Double Donation Days. That means whatever you donate, it is doubled, so $5 = $10, $10 = $20, etc.

This won't affect our existing players, but for new players, we now have a custom UO client installer. The installer includes the prepatched copy of the client, along with hues and spell icons. It automagically writes the correct registry data into the registry so that razor will work without a hitch. Using newer compression technoogy, the download was also made smaller!! It's a win-win all the way around. Many thanks to Epimetheus for making this possible.

Did you know that this month we will celebrate the shard's 5th birthday? In honor of that, we have added a new quest today. Seek out the Legendary Fisher at Britain's Premier Provisioners and Fish Shoppe in Britain to find out what she has in store for you.

[ON HOLD FOR SOME TWEAKS] Training gear is now available at the south end of the training area. This gear is high durability and extremely low damage, designed to only be used in the training area (so that you do not damage your good weapons/shields). Staff would like to see this gear only being used in the training area, as that is its intended purpose.
