I guess I'm losing my mind thought I posted this. I remember being able to get empty barrels that you could place and put water in them. It would also be nice to place a bulletin board on the outside wall of a house. If these are possible that would be great. Thanks Ghost and Staff.

Bulletin Boards are definitely craftable, and I believe barrels are too (although I don't recall if they will take water). Craftable water troughs will take water though.
