I think the BOD reward system on this shard could do with a revamp, some of the rewards are not at all matched to the amount of effort it takes to complete the BODS.
On some BODS you have a 50/50 chance of receiving one of two items where one can be worth next to nothing and the other can be worth millions!
Have a look at the following example, which has happened to me this evening and prompted me to write this post.

I have just completed a large BOD for Platinum plate mail armour (10 quantity), the large BOD itself is EXTREMELY rare (which is a good thing) and the 6 small bods required to fill the large BOD are also VERY rare (again a good thing, I don’t want it to be any easier to fill the BODs).
According to DeVir Santi’s Post this BOD is worth 1410 points, which gives me a 50% chance of receiving an Electrum Runic Hammer and a 50% chance of getting a SharpeningBlade.

As you may have guessed by now I got the Electrum Runic Hammer reward for my efforts which is why I am a little frustrated. I have spent literally millions (I buy A LOT of BOD bags) trying to complete this BOD (along with 1000 platinum ingots) and I am now left with a 40 use runic hammer which is worth next to nothing. On the flip side if the game had been nice and given me a SharpeningBlade I would have had an item that I believe no other active player currently possesses and would be very useful to me (and worth the millions I put in to getting it).

I feel that with all the effort required to fill in the BODs both the rewards available should be more equally valued. I am not sure if this situation is as the WP staff have designed the BOD system (to make it even harder to get the better items), or if it is left as standard and works better on other servers, with different economies, where an Electrum runic hammer maybe worth a lot more for example?
Does anyone else have any views on this?

I could understand your frustration with the reward that you had gotten for that large BOD that you had completed. It sounds like it was no easy task and I can relate. Just keep in mind that a BOD is not meant to Reward you nicely EVERY time you complete a difficult BOD. If that were the case everyone would be doing BOD and these hard to get items would be all over the place. Just keep in mind that a BOD is a gamble in a sense I guess. There is a chance that you could be rewarded nicely for you hard work and on the flip side a chance that you could get something you consider useless.
