Currently a Co Owner may Unlock an item which is locked down in a house. But, they cannot Lock anything down. This might cause a conflict if the owner is not around to ReLock it.

Perhaps a Co Owner could be allowed to Lock something down and Unlock that item. But, the Co Owner cannot Unlock anything that the Owner Locked down.

The Owner would be allowed to Lock or Unlock anything he chooses.

Co-Owners can lock items down. They cannot secure items. This is set up in the system. We may look into your idea. However in the mean time only extremely trusted individuals should be made a co-owner. If you are not sure or do not wish to take any chances you can friend them. Security can be set to friends or co-owners. Co-owners are suppose to be highly trusted.
