Another thought,

It might be nice to add another section to the forum "Guild Forum", inside which will be mor sub categories to specific guilds. Guild forum can be password protected for each guild. Just a though for offline guild messages instead of keeping a book at the GH or something

That would require a lot of administration (setting and revoking passwords for everyone). Each guild is, however, free to set up their own website with forum, and the guild creation even lets you specify what your website address is.

I would consider making a guild area in our forums that was open to all, with a thread for each guild or something to that effect.

Just throwing out some thoughts take what you want from them

So how about that Guild section? Just thougth of another reason why this would be helpful:

When I'm at work and would like to discuss or tell the guildies something I can't and if there was a section for each guild on the forum I could post something there and let the guildies know to check there every now and then.

For example: Christolf if you are wondering what happened to your orangish lokai pm me , there was a slight incident after you logged out and left your locai at the GH. Or Barton could also explain what happened Either way no worries everything will be fixed as soon as we run into you ingame.

When I get a moment, I'll set up an area for guilds

A guild forum area has been set up. [ODE] has had their area installed. If any other guild wishes an area, ask. And please read the rules regarding Guild Forums currently stickied in the guild forums section.
