House placement tool

As it is now if you own a home you can use the house placement tool up until you go to place it. It then tells you that you have a home already and refuses. If you don't have a house already, you go to place a home, and the home is in a valid location it shows you a temporary house and prompts you to confirm the placement before it actually places the home. I propose a change so that even if you have a home, it will let you place a home, but then refuse when you go to confirm.
My reasoning behind this suggestion is that it is sometimes difficult to place a home in some spots and having someone help you is almost impossible. This change would allow someone who already has a home to aid a player in placing their home. There is also the added benefit of being able to see if you can actually place your new home in the spot you want before you demolish the old one.
