I don't know if you can make them, but we need party and dance items, like glowing floor tiles, disco ball, streamers, champagne bottle and glasses, party platters,

you could make some craftable, like the floor tiles could be made of marble with a colored dye. the party platter could be made using both tinker and cooking, have to have the ingots for the platter, and the food for the on top. platter takes the color of ingots.
Champagne Bottle and champange glasses could be made with tinker and cooking, have to make the wine, then make the champagne, and make the glasses, each using wine, and i don't know, sparkling water .
Streamers could be a scribe craftable, using blank scrolls and colored dyes
