Exchange system

Inspired by the Power scroll exchange system.

I see alot of Animal Lore and Vet clothing sitting on vendors and speak to several that have a large selection of the same items.

Why not make an exchange system like the power scroll one. Turn in the animal lore and vet clothing from taming B.O.D.s Turn in the clothing, get exchange credits. Use the credits to get random Pet power scrolls.

This will not only increase the value of said items but will also help to clean up the shard by removing these items that many are just stock piling.

An exchange system would be nice, but I think it would require an entirely new system of RUNUO script(s) to implement - whether Falkor has the time to do so is the question.

Personally, I'd like to see the whole list of BOD rewards re-examined. So many of the BOD rewards are worthwhile on a 'stock' UO system, but with the enhanced and expanded systems (ores, wood, etc) are essentially useless. It might be easier to just modify the list of rewards available for completed bods.

But, once again, we are limited by how much time and effort Falkor is able to put into the system - not to mention avoiding the danger of 'programmer burnout' from asking too much of him.
