WP

It would be a really nice feature to have a process or tool (one time use likely) that would remove a item property from weapons and armor so that you can spell craft a replacement property back on the item. I would think something like this would be limited in its use by both it's cost (perhaps cost of materials) and number of times before it would become unusable (broken/consumed).
