WP

I am Requesting that the staff of WP can host some PVP evnts, ( Like, CTF, 1V1, 2V2, ect ). Can you guys host some or does it take up to much time.

Personally, one of the key things that drew Patty and I to WP was the LACK of PvP focus. Not sure how many others out there are like us but implementation of anything that provided a greater reward for participation in PvP would diminish the allure of WP to some degree from the non-pvp crowd like us.

So if there were no unique reward to be gained to what end would a pvp activity be? Bragging rights?

Just my perspective. I don't there is a right or wrong / good or bad to this idea.

Good point Kaw. This being a dedicated PvE server brings a certain type of playerbase and is responsible for the tight knit community we have now. I think dueling within limitations would be fun, but competitive PvP almost always leads to some type of nerf this/buff this request and a boatload of drama and jerks.

That being said, I would love to duel my fellow WPers!

within the Rules sections there is a method describing how a PvP can be accomplished between those with a need for such blood...Duels between two players or small skirmishes between a predetermined groups can be accomplished with a touch of planning and forethought.

I do not forsee (although i have no authority to make this statement) that we would have regularly scheduled PvP events....I could see a yearly event or maybe bi-annually if the player base would support it. However, to Kaws point and to Exodus backing of that point...we are a non PvP shard and for many of us that was the first box we checked off on our list of wants when seeking a home...and finding WP.
