Party Invite System

A minor change, but a very handy one that I used a lot on another shard was a party invite that could be sent via the guild menu. All it was was a blue button next to a player's name in the guild roster that sent them an invite, no matter where they were in the server (no sight required).

The reasons it was handy, and might be useful here, are as follows:
- If a player is hidden
- If you are searching for a guild mate (party then use razor party map to find them) or if they are looking for you
- If a guild mate wants to join you in the middle of a spawn (party and just get to work!)
- Quickly adding multiple guild mates into a party
