One can always read this message when the server saves. But to be honest - how often do you really make the effort and vote? On a shard I once played, they had "stones" like our website stone near Britain bank. This link took you directly to the vote for the shard. If the staff could arrange that, I bet the voting would be increased.
On the other shard, players were baited with money, but I do not think that would even be necessary.
Now, what about those stones: Deal or no deal ?
