Donation Hall Tutorial
Posted: Thu Sep 11, 2008 11:53 pmWhispering Pines has many custom features, one of which is Donation Hall, where you can exchange gold, tokens, and server support for items!
Donation Hall is located in south Luna. There is an omniportal that takes you directly to the front gates.
Donation Hall has three floors. The first floor has a Gold Stone. You can use gold to purchase various items here. After double-clicking the gold stone, you can view descriptions of the items, check the price, and buy them. Just click the "buy" button next to the items. After you have selected all the items you want to purchase, click "Buy Items" on the right hand side of the menu.
Some items are displayed in the building, and others are viewable when you go through the portal in the corner of the room.
The second floor has a blue "Vendor Stone" that you can double click and buy items with tokens. You can view descriptions, buy, and portal to buyable items just like the Gold Stone on the lower level.
Finally, the top level of Donation Hall offers items you can recieve by donating money to Whispering Pines (bandwidth ain't cheap folks!). It is possible to earn these items by trading in artifacts, but we'll get into that another time. This level works just like the first two. The items are laid out on tables to browse, and you can purchase them using the black stones next to the corresponding table.
