Check vendors east of Luna portal for starters. Next there is Yordor's place and Fiereyacids (I'm never sure if I'm spelling her name correctly ) vendor as well. I can't explain how to get to them here so ask in game.

Yordor's scroll vendor is the one east of the Luna gate

That's the NPG Vendor House, and you'll find JG Wentworth outside selling whatever scrolls I have at the moment. It's hard to keep up with demand.

The rest of my wares are still sold at my house (Travel Center > Yordor's Smithy)
