Some questions have been made by players as to the changes to the pet shrink system. Instead of trying to explain the changes to each player asking, I am attempting to give a full explanation here. I have tried to explain it the best I know how. If for some reason this does not make sense to you, please post on this thread what you are having difficulties understanding and I will try to explain further.
The Whispering Pines Core system has players pack set at a max weight of 400 stones. Every shrunk pet is suppose to weight 25 stones. What this means for the player is that every time a pet was shrunk and it would take their weight over 400 stones the shrunk pet would fall to the ground. So, if shrinking a pet would take the players pack to 401 or more stones the pet fell to the ground.
Many players have lost pets due to this happening and them not noticing the pet falling to the ground.
In an effort to help the players not loose their hard earned and hard trained pets, there was a cap put inside the items that shrink pets. Now, if your pack has 375 stones of weight in it, the shrinking items will not allow you to shrink your pet. All that you must due is unload some of your weight by whatever method you choose. At 374 stones of weight you can shrink a pet.
Now some may ask then why 375 and not 376? I left a 1 stone leeway in case of some system error. It is possible at 400 stones exactly that the system may see your pack as being over full and drop your pet.
I hope this helps every one understand these changes and that it was put in to help keep players from loosing pets not as any kind of punishment or limitation.
