Needing Staff help??

Please if you need staff for any reason, try paging. The reason we ask that you page for us instead of asking over public chat is because we have a lot going on. Have you ever seen how busy your screen gets in the thick of a battle?? With guild chat and public chat and system messages, take all that and multiply it several times. This will kind of give you an idea of some of the information coming across staff’s screens. With all that information flashing on our screens our journal rolls very fast and it is very easy for us to either miss your question or only get part of it.
If you page we get a nice neat screen with your information so that we can clearly see what problem you are having. Having a clear sense of the issue means we can help/fix the issue much more efficiently.
How to Page:
Open your paper Doll
Click on the “Help” button
The Ultima Online Help Menu will pop up
The first option is General question about Ultima Online.
Click the arrow to the left of that
A box pops that you can type in.
Type your question/problem in the box and it the okay button.
Just because you don’t get an answer right away does not mean staff is not on. Staff has many duties and things to attend to. I do promise you however each and every page is important to staff.
Please remember W.P. is a small shard and as such staff is very limited. We do our best and as we grow we hope to add staff. If your page is not answered, it will stay up even if you log out. So when possible add as much information as you can. Often, if enough information is placed in the page, we can fix or address an issue even when you are not on.
It is not our practice to delete a page without attempting to address the issue. Most issues are addressed face to face but sometimes a simple PM sent to you may fix it. A fair warning your page is lost at the server’s regularly scheduled auto-restart in the early morning. Staff has no control over this. If your page was not answered and it is the next day, if you want an answer you must re-page.
