Heyo
I just put in the whispering pines IP address into razor, but it won't let me create an account. Could a administrator please create an account for me? I am new by the way.

Osiris, what IP are you using? You should be using wpshard.com, port 2593.

Also, what client version are you using to connect, and exactly what error message are you getting?

Have you tried following the steps in the "Getting Started" section? They are very well written and should work fine for you.

The only things I know of that would flat out prevent you from connecting is:
1) a firewall
2) an existing account
3) a client and razor version mismatch
4) a client and UO Gateway version mismatch

If you tried all that and verified none of the above reasons are at fault, staff interaction may be best. For that though they might need your IP addy to verify some things. You can get it by going to http://www.whatismyip.com

Yes, I typed in that exact IP and port number in razor. And I don't think I already made an account, I hope not, cause I don't know the account number and password lol

Please remember that you must be patch to 5.0.6c in order to log in. That is where most people have their problems.

"veryifying account" is almost certainly a client version and razor version mismatch.
If you are patched to 5.0.6c as you should be, then you need the OLD version of razor available for download at the razor website.

Osiris, what client version are you using (i.e. what level are you patched to?). And if you can PM me your IP address, I can try and see if you made a prior account, but the "verifying account" is typically a different issue.

You might want to use the steps for ConnectUO (this can work in conjunction with razor) as it will allow you to get the shard patch as well.

Hey all, I am new too and can't log in either. Stuck at verifying account. Where can I get the old version of razor?

I am running Razor v 1.0.11 which I believe is the latest version. Please check your version of UO. We run 5.0.6.c, and if you are patched much beyond that, you will not be able to log into Whispering Pines. You will need to uninstall UO, then reinstall and stop patching at 5.0.6c.
