Hiding 100-120 ????

I am lost and need help. Can't seem to get past 100 Hiding. Tried everything I can think of to work, but nothing. I've been working on this all day, not even 0.1 gain, scrolled to 120. Anyone have any ideas??

Just to be sure.... Are you trying to hide in a house?
If not, have you tried waiting for a shard restart(which happens daily) to see if you gain?
Just a few ideas.

Hiding out and about. Haven't been on after a restart in a while. will try that. Thanks
