How can I make a few of my skills 0 again?

I am trying to turn a few of my dex. related skills back to 0; so i can raise my dex up from 28 where it's at right now. Skills like hiding, music, and some other dex skills are all gm on my char. I was told that it doesn't matter if their gm you still gain stats as long as their arrows are pointed up; this is incorrect as I've been macroing music for about an hour without one gain. My dex arrow is pointed up and my int is pointed down to make sure that I haven't capped out and still nothing. Just in case I even pointed my music skill up even though its already gm I wanted to cover all my bases. You have to have skill raise to check the stat counter; otherwise it doesn't know your working that skill, so if it's not a big deal next time I'm on could I get a GM or Mod. to adjust some of those to 0?- Thx.

i raised my dex by using a bow at training areas. it could be tedious but i got mine up to 125 eventually. I locked my STR and INT. The gains are slower but you will get them.

Yea i just had an admin reply so i think I'm just gonna let them put a cpl skills to 0 so it will go a little quicker. Thanks though
