Is this an end game piece of gear here? If so does anyone have one for sale?

We don't have any Stygian Abyss content here, which means no Underworld dungeon or Navrey Night Eyes where the Tangle apron would be found. We've got the land mass though so one day it may be accessible with different content than found on the "real" UO.
