The Bloody Tusk Orcs have gained a foothold in these lands. We are claiming the territory North West of the town of Moon (in felucca) as our own. We will demand and expect a Tribute Offering from all travelers who are caught trying to cross our lands or a glorious death. Any one of these will do. We also relish fighting so our Warg Riders will be roaming the countryside dropping Declarations of War in all areas they pass through. The time of Men is over, the age of the Orc has begun.
