Would someone be good enough to tell me how you toggle the Champion Spawn titles like 'Spite of Evil' on and off? I've been finishing quite a few champs lately but no title has appeared on its own. Thanks very much

Single-click yourself and choose "Toggle monster title display"

I logged in and toggled the option and it said 'You have chosen to hide your monster kill title'. So I toggled it again to show the title but I still see nothing in my paperdoll or on MyRunUO. It occurs to me that 'Spite of Evil' is the only title I've seen players with on MyRunUO... do we get titles for Champs other than the Harrower on WP? I haven't participated in any Harrowers but I've killed a few Neiras, Barracoons, Rikktors, and Mephitises.

In a nutshell, you don't. Kill titles are not fully functional in our version of RunUO.
