Steel Steeds skills

Hi,

I've noticed that the skills of the steeds (tactics, anatomy, magic resistance, etc) are not able to train to 100, and upon death, the skills aren't able to go up further too. Anyone else have this problem or could this be a bug?

I wondered how long it would take for someone to notice this. This is not actually a bug. You see, the steel steed is a custom animal here on W.P. Each animal that exists on W.P. has a natural skill cap of 700, much like players do on many other shards. What makes the steel steed unique is that it has some skills that can not be seen when you animal lore them. The reason your steel steed may not gain in these other areas is because it's current skills, combined with those that cannot be seen by animal lore, have met or even, in some steeds cases, exceeded their skill cap.

Another question...

If I get a pet ps, will it increase the cap?

Vapress, the Pet PS will not increase the overall skill cap of the steed. It will only increase the individual cap of the skill that the PS is for, but this will leave less points for the other skills the pet has. If your pet was already at cap, then the Pet PS does not give more overall cap.

Hi this is Ken and Krystal, we are trying to figure out the last 3 skills on your pet on the second page, Krystal gave pois dam to her pack animal and it didnt seem to do anything. I was wondering if anyone knew what these skills were for and if they did anything ? And if it does nothing if it was possible to disable those skills on pets that cant use them or maybe give the skills too them. If we cant use them it would be cool to get them back to put on hits or something usefull.

If you are refering to the 2nd page that comes up when you level a pet. That page has 3 special attacks. Roar Attack, Poison Attack, and Fire Breath Attack. Depending on how many points you put in there is a chance your pet will do this. From what I've seen it takes nearly 100 to really affect it and it can still be rare that it uses these skills. These scripts are not W.P. created, meaning the script to level your pet is not our creation. We received it from a third party, so those features where not set by us.
