No npc bought costumes...No guises.....Use your imaginationion to think of a costume, others may help you on an idea!!!
.......Allowed 1 pet or summoned creature as a prop. Also weapons. shields torches candles ect... can be used as props!!!! BE CREATIVE!!!! 
......No polymorph spells may be casted!How to Enter..... In a book write your player name, costume you decide on and what pet you may be using, Place this in Mesmerizes Donation Box on her front steps...( Roof 3 in travel center, bright pink/green tile)
