The Thunder Wyrm Soul Crossbow?

How much DEX is needed to wield this? I was lucky enough to have a player run me through a dungeon and get this bow, but at 70 Dex the game says I am not "Nimble enough to wield it"

Edit: got to 72 Dex, still not enough.

You will need to reach 100 dex to be able to use such a powerful crossbow.
